The Kiteboard Pro World Tour, international circuit of the world cup of kiteboarding, announced, on the 22nd of September 2006 that a Four-year agreement has been reached with Americas Sports Marketing.
The beautiful spot of Puerto Vallarta, will host, for the first time of the KPWT history, the Mexico Kiteboard World Cup, an event co-organized with our partner Americas Sports Marketing.
The Mexico Kiteboard World Cup will be a new opportunity for the best pro international kiteboarders to gain points for the 2007 World Cup title with a prize money of 40,000 USD, and show their wide range of skills and talents during the various competitions mixing freestyle, wave riding and speed crossing.
The said championship in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, will in itself grant points for the KPWT ranking, which will contribute to determine the official 2007 Kiteboard World Champions.
